Customer shall pay the subscription dues per agreed timelines to Go online (BAE INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED) or to the loan partner (if applicable).
In case of non-payment of dues on or before the due date, the customer authorizes Go online (BAE INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED) to withhold collections from customers to settle subscription dues.
Refund is applicable only if cancellation request raised within 24hrs.
In the case of a successful refund it takes upto 7 days to settle it into the original mode of payment.
